Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 15, 2026
Prosperity Federal Solutions LLC ("Prosperity Federal Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") provides procurement, supply, and fulfillment solutions for government and institutional clients. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through prosperityfederalsolutions.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices available to you. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
- Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number, agency or organization name, project description, and how you heard about us. Submitting a project description or contact details is voluntary, but required fields (name, email, and project description) are needed for us to respond.
- SMS opt-in. If you check the box on our contact form agreeing to receive text messages, we record that consent along with the phone number you provide.
- Automatically collected information. We automatically collect technical information when you visit the Site, including your IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and time spent on the Site, through cookies and similar technologies described in Section 5.
- Communications. If you contact us by phone, email, or by scheduling a consultation, we retain a record of that communication, including any information you voluntarily provide.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Create and maintain a contact record for you in our customer relationship management system (GoHighLevel, "GHL"), so we can respond to your inquiry and follow up appropriately;
- Evaluate and respond to federal, state, local, and institutional procurement inquiries submitted through the Site ("federal inquiry" data), including routing your message to the appropriate team member;
- Contact you by phone, text (if you have opted in), or email to discuss your procurement, supply, or fulfillment needs or to schedule a consultation;
- Improve the Site's content, usability, and performance; and
- Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, and recordkeeping obligations, including those that may apply to government procurement relationships.
3. Consent to Contact
If you check the box on our contact form agreeing to receive text messages, or otherwise provide your telephone number, you consent to be contacted by Prosperity Federal Solutions LLC by telephone, text message (SMS), and email regarding your procurement inquiry and related services. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of engaging our services. You may revoke your consent at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message, clicking "unsubscribe" in any email, or contacting us using the information in Section 8.
4. How Your Contact Form Submission Is Handled
When you submit the contact form on this Site, your information is transmitted securely and used to automatically create or update a contact record in our GoHighLevel CRM. A member of our team then reviews your project description and reaches out using the contact method(s) you provided. A hidden "honeypot" field on the form helps us detect and block automated spam submissions; it is not visible to human visitors and no information entered into it (there should be none) is used for any purpose other than spam prevention.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure traffic and engagement, and support analytics tools. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect certain Site functionality. We do not knowingly sell personal information, as that term is defined under applicable state privacy laws.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Site and manage contacts, including our CRM provider (GoHighLevel) and email/SMS delivery platforms, under confidentiality obligations;
- Subcontractors, suppliers, or partners only where necessary to evaluate or fulfill a procurement inquiry you have affirmatively made; and
- Government authorities or regulators, where required by law or applicable procurement regulations.
7. Data Retention and Security
We retain contact and form information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy and to comply with applicable recordkeeping and contractual obligations. We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected] or calling919-307-5874. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law.
9. No Guarantee of Contract Award
Information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes about our procurement, supply, and fulfillment capabilities. Submitting an inquiry through this Site does not constitute an offer, bid, proposal, or guarantee of any contract, award, or business relationship.
10. Children's Privacy
This Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
